Owner. Zoetis Inc. the world’s largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. The company is a subsidiary of Pfizer.
Scope. DEP was appointed by Zoetis to provide full management, design and construction services of MEP, finishes and fit-out of 850 square meter core and shell space located in New Cairo. Scope included Steel Case FF&E delivery.
Budget. $1,000,000
Duration. Project was completed and closed out on schedule within 60 calendar days.
